Pharmacy Weight Loss Appleby-in-Westmorland is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating under GPhC No. 9012511. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Appleby-in-Westmorland and surrounding areas in the United Kingdom.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and consultation. Weight loss treatments are subject to a clinical assessment, and we reserve the right to decline any request where treatment is deemed clinically inappropriate.
You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition that contraindicated the requested treatment, unless specifically advised otherwise by a qualified healthcare professional.
All prescription medications dispensed by our pharmacy require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers following a clinical consultation. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team based on your health information and suitability.
You are required to provide honest, accurate, and complete medical history during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may place your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any prescription where we have reason to believe information provided is inaccurate.
Our prescribers are registered with the relevant UK regulatory bodies. All prescriptions comply with UK law and GPhC standards.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required by law.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a consultation fee may still apply. This will be clearly communicated before you complete payment. We do not store full payment card details; all transactions are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If your prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost within 5 to 10 working days. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been conducted.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
